Silicon Strip Pet Hair Remover
DESCRIPTION:
A uniquely designed tool that quickly picks up pet hair while cleaning, and “sweeps” the stray hair into a built-in container.
While cleaning with the “Silicon Strip Pet Hair Remover,” its scratch free silicon strips on the face uses electrostatic action to lift the hair toward the brush, making it easy and clean to use anywhere.
The “Silicon Strip Pet Hair Remover’s” back plate has two (2) adjustable Velcro straps and is ergonomically designed with the user’s comfort in mind while cleaning up after their pets.
SPECIFIC, UNIQUE FUNCTIONS OF INVENTION:
Pets are a joy until they shed all over the home or vehicle. Hair goes everywhere, especially while brushing a pet’s hair. It can be a huge mess and, at times, challenging to clean up. Particularly, when there’s more than one pet in the house.
No one can stop their pet from shedding, but with the “Silicon Strip Pet Hair Remover,” cleaning up the stray hair is quick and easy.
Because of the electrostatic nature of the “Silicon Strip Hair Remover,” it can effortlessly be used to remove pet hair or fur from surfaces such as pillows, car upholstery, furniture, clothing, carpets, etc.
While cleaning up a pets stray hair, the silicon, rounded strips create an electrostatic charge that gently attracts the stray hair or fur free from the surface area being cleaned. As the user wipes the surface, the lifted hair or fur is pushed into the built-in container through openings on the face plate. Once the hair or fur has been pushed into the container, rows of small bristles (lining the bottom of the container) catch and hold the hair inside the container, so that no stray hair will get away.
Once the built-in container is filled with hair or fur, the face plate of the “Silicon Strip Pet Hair Remover” is easily removed to empty the container. By simply sliding the face plate off, the container may be emptied and washed out with soap and water.
Replacing the face plate is literally a “snap.” After cleaning the interior of the container, the owner slides the face plate back over the container and snaps it shut so that it is ready, once again, to remove pet hair instantly and easily.
DESIGN VARIATION:
An alternate design of the “Silicon Strip Pet Hair Remover” is also available. This alternate design is made of a slightly thick layer of cotton fabric (similar to a standard oven mitt), with the thin, slightly raised silicon strips lining the front of the cloth.
Like its counterpart, this version also provides two (2) adjustable Velcro straps on the back that are ergonomically designed with the user’s comfort in mind while cleaning up after their pets.
Similarly, this version grabs the hair electrostatically lifts pets hair or fur from the surfaces being cleaned, with the combination of the silicon and cotton material creating the charge.
The chief difference in this variation is how the hair or fur is collected. As a user wipes, freeing the hair from the surface, that hair or fur is rolled into a ball which can be picked up and thrown away.
